Strength
Speed/Abs
Fitness: Throughout my life I've found that interval training opposed to just running a few miles is the best/fastest way to get/stay in shape. Below are a few guides for interval training, so you get the idea of the method. I'll post my exact running workout after I test how fit I am!
Endurance (Running)
