Simple Stuff

Step 1: Click the windows icon and type "Adjust the appearance" and click what shows up (Done in the picture)

Step 2: Click "Adjust for best performance" This will make your PC look like windows but it can easily be reversed. (Done in the picture)

GameBooster


Another thing you can do is download: "Gamebooster" It helps/reduces lag A LOT.

Step 1: Click "Switch To Gaming Mode" this removes all unused programs not needed at that momment to reduce lag.

CCleaner

Another thing you can do is download "CCleaner"

Step 1: Once you're there click this

100% LEGIT. Cleans your computer and gets rid of all that unnecessary junk.

The last thing you can do is, "Hold the "S" button down when RS is loading" This makes it the lowest detail possible.
