Well i was going to get into creatine but i never actually went through with it.

I saw one of your posts on the boards and i was wondering what you meant by it. Does creatine work best on certain body types than others?

Don't take it if you're Overweight, or a bit big, fat wise. Like Joey for example.

It just basically puts water/energy inside your muscles, helps you get those extra reps, take it pre-workout & after (if you want)

Buy this if you are looking for a good creatine. This has no side effects & gets the job done. 90% of the time it's very expensive, but right now they are having a big sale. I bought 5 48oz cans. You can take if you are fat, as long as you are working out for that extra push.

Yeah this is a good brand, make sure you get MonoHydrate. Also if you take if, you're fat, you gonna be looking like a marshmellow.

How do you know that, did you get tested? What you think is 20 might actually be like 25+.
