The following is the worse thing to eat if you are on a diet, or just simply not trying to get fat.

PopTarts: 100% Suger, 100% Fat, 0 Nutrition, Tons of Carbs, Tons of Calories, Makes You Even More Hungry. You are better off eating 3 pieces of cake, or a big mac from mc D.

Well water retention will make the scale rise, but anyone who is cutting uses BF % or just simply the mirror to figure if they are losing fat or not.

Scales are for skinny & fat people, not people in shape :)
