What happens when i stop taking creatine?
Only recognizable thing you will see when you cycle of creatine is you will lose a few reps,or maybe 60% of a certain weight you were lifting. For example,Lets say you were benching 225 for 5reps BEFORE you were taking creatine, and lets say creatine pushed you to 12-14reps..depending on you as a person and many other factors..when you get off creatine, you will be able to be doing around 6-7reps. It varies on the individual. But no,creatine will not make you lose all your muscle. Creatine does not dictate muscle growth. It guide is to aid it by creatine slight strength. Creatine alot DOES NOT build muscle,so why will it make you lose it alone?
The recommended Dosage
Recomended dosage is 5gs a day. Some people take 20gs *4 times in one day* for about 4-5days and that is called the "loading phase",then after that you take 5gs for remaining days. Is it necessary?Absolutely not!. Only thing you will see is the strength gains from creatine come alot faster. That is all. Taking 5gs a day will give you the same amount of strength, just in a longer time period, which is about 3-weeks to a month, plus it saves you money. One is not better than the other, One is just faster but not necessary.

Loading phase isn't needed. Study showed people who did a loading phase vs people who didn't showed similar results. The loading phase is a marketing scam to get you to buy more of there product because you use more of it faster.
Plus, creatine is already made naturally in your body, it's just nice to have extra of it for longer workouts/more reps.
