First of all download SharpKeys, google it and download it.

If you've already got sharpkeys, delete all the hotkeys already set, write to registry, log off and then back on to reset them all, otherwise this won't work!

When you have sharpkeys downloaded,add the F key swaps shown below using the "add" button

After you've added all the hotkey changed, hit write to registry, log off and back on and then you should have the below hotkeys set:

f1 = Inventory
f2 = Combat tab (spec)
f3 = Prayer book
f4 = Magic book
