This is phase 1, week 1 of the workout i've decided to do, feel free to post comments, questions or concerns. I would love some company whilst I quest for turmoil irl :wub:

Speed/Abs

Fitness: Throughout my life I've found that interval training opposed to just running a few miles is the best/fastest way to get/stay in shape. Below are a few guides for interval training, so you get the idea of the method. I'll post my exact running workout after I test how fit I am!

I dont really understand the interval training thing thats why I always just did like a 5 mile run and called it good. Give me a good interval training thing to follow that is easy to read plz
