So after my season I took a little time off lifting. Decided that I was unhappy with the lost of strength, so I starting lifting again. About a month ago I was struggling with 225 on the bench. Notice the 255 racked (got dat ez =P)

Short version: Prob went from 240-275(max) on the bench in a month #Zyzz
