[Hype]

Ok boys, being a bartender, I have easily memorized close to 1000 drinks in my head. I am here, writing this, to show teach yall some special drinks, to make for your special ladies. http://cv-rs.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.png So, here we go. All you need is about $35-50 to start up your own personal bar. (not including liquors and spirits.)




Ok so here we go for our bar setup. YOU NEED TO BUY BARTENDING TOOLS!!!!!!!!


1. A martini shaker. - Oh the joy of these. They are very useful. From shaking martinis, to building the perfect cocktail and perfectly mixing the ingredients, these shakers come in handy!

2. A wine key. - self explanatory, you have to have on of these to open bottles of wine. Can also be used as a bar knife.

3. Glass ware. Have to have this. for a basic bar setup, have 2 cocktail glasses, 2 collins glasses, 2 martini glasses, 2 wine glasses, and last but not least, shot glasses.

4. A simple bar top to display your liquors and tools. Anything from a $500 bar to a free kitchen counter top!

5. Jiggers. These will help you measure out your spirits and mixers to the T. A perfect drink has to be perfectly mixed.


Ok so now you have all of the tools you need. Time to start buying alcohol. (better to pay a few extra $ to get premium)

-Vodka
-Gin
-Whiskey
-Rum (dark and light)
-Tequila
-Triple Sec

Now that the alcohol is out of the way, it's time to start getting mixers. (you will have to make some yourself)

-Gingerale
-Coke
-Diet Coke
-Sprite
-Tonic Water
-Club Soda
-Bitters - this shit makes certain drinks the drinks that they are!
-Cranberry juice
-Pineapple Juice

sweet and sour - to make this, get:
12 limes
12 lemons
2 cups sugar
1/2 cups water
boil for 1 minute with these combines, strain into a container. BAM. Way better than store bought.

Gum syrup - equal parts brown sugar and water boiled for 1 minute

simple syrup - equal parts white sugar and water boiled for 1 minute


Ok here we go. The best part. THE ACTUAL DRINK RECIPES!!!


Cosmo - AKA the lady getter.
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz cranberry juice
squeeze a quarter of a lime.
-mix these into a martini shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds really hard and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime.

Vodka/gin martini - different variations
clean version -
2 oz vodka/gin shaken for 20 seconds and strained. Add 1/4 oz to 1 1/2 oz olive juice for levels of "dirtiness"

Lemon drop martini - Ladies love this shit.
1 1/2 oz vodka
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
shake 20 seconds and strain in to sugar rimmed martini glass.

FOR PARM ONLY - SAZERAC
2 oz whiskey (makers prefered)
1 oz gum syrup
4 dashes of bitters
torch a lemon peel (no fruit just the skin) and add to the drink and stir well to mix the flavors.
in another glass, pour a little bit of absente and line the glass and dump the rest out.
add the contents to the absente lined glass and add a small amount of ice and enjoy!

St. Charles
2 oz gin
2 shakes bitters
half a life squeezed
4 oz tonic water


The long goodbye/CASCIO'S goodbye/adios motherfucker cocktail
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz rum (white)
1/2 oz tequila (silver)
1/2 oz triple sec
2 oz sweet and sour
1/2 oz blue curaçao.
Mix ingredients into a shaker and swish around and pour over Ice! (THIS DRINK WILLFUCK YOU UP!!! Double portions as needed.)
