THIS WILL BE A PREP REQUIREMENT

Since the majority of players have 52 or lower prayer in the LPC scene it is EXTREMELY beneficial to have this item for f2p preps as it will gain you extra prayer points for preps which can be vital.

This is also useful in nmz as the spec generates prayer points saving you tons of prayer potions (it can also overlap your prayer level meaning if you spec a 19 and your pray level is 52/52 it will literally add +19 prayer points e.g. 52+19 = 71 pray points)

I want to see everyone logging off and going into a p2p world in between rounds to spec w/ max strength gear & potted up for the best specs. Ideally the best thing to spec on is a attack dummy in a house so we will a player owned house open during preps for specs.

You can obtain the item from the quest Another Slice of H.A.M

Literally takes less than 3 hours to do all the quests so please do it if you want to outlast opponents.

The dig site quest is also required for desert treasure so it's useful if you do it now.

@@Blue you can get max prayer points if u do it on the dummy in your house, also bandos book is better (str bonus) and if u have 10+ def you can use slayer helm to get higher max in your poh

Nice little guide. Book of War (completed Bandos book, +2 str) would actually be better than zammy book if you're using the POH dummy where you will always hit your max hit.
