The Story
I used to have a fairly toned body until these last few months.
I started feeling just plain lazy around the beginning of December when I had to stop working due to my job (Roofing) being seasonal. After that I wasn't really motivated to do anything at all besides try and get some work to keep me busy until I start again in the summer. So all I basically did was sit around at home, eat, play a little bit of video games and occasionally go out partying.
So I was stuck here waiting for jobs to call me back for interviews, etc, while I stared at walls and watched my belly get bigger from the increased amount of beer and food I was consuming..
I ended up getting a new job doing security but I mainly had to just sit around and watch moniters all night,

which pretty much made me more depressed and less motivated to do anything, so I quit within about 2 and a half weeks of starting.
Now I'm here.

Weight: 189 lbs

Personal goal(s): I would love to lose the body fat I've gained in the last few months and get active like I used to be. I'm not sure how much I would like to weigh yet, but I just wanna continue to stay active.

Motivation:
I ended up quitting the security job about a month ago and have just started back up with roofing which is a pretty rough job that does require some muscle.
I think back to how active I used to be and how fucking sexy I was and I realize I need to get my shit back together.
And then tonight, Chain had this great idea to start Ab circuits and I thought,
"I need to do this right now. Time to get active again". (
Thanks Troy)

Also.. Not gonna lie, watching all the episodes of Dragonball Z lately made me think about how much
I'd love to be like the characters from the show.............................................

:kanye:

Workout Programs/Exercises used:
Gonna check out a few of the guides in this forum as well as
some YouTube channels that supply fitness guides.
I'll also be pretty active at work and will be eating healthier,
as well as not spending as much time playing
games or sitting on the computer..

Personal feedback:
??
I'll re-edit when someone tells me wtf I'm giving feedback on.

Pictures of progress(Try to add at least a starting and ending):

When my phone charges back up I'll post a pic.

My suggestion is instead of putting weight everyday,Put it weekly on the day you started. You will not lose lbs daily unless your cardio is seriously insane and calorie deficit is to the level of an anorexic person..First week, people tend to lose 4-10lbs due to water weight..from then on if you stay consistant..You will lose 1-2lbs a week.If you see that you did not lose 1-2lbs..something must change..Preferably you cutting more of cals.Or ad in more steady paced cardio..If i had to chose personally..ill choose cardio or burn cals from liftin..would suck cutting out more meals,L
And are you willing to lift at gym or at home?
