So, Its summer in like 2 months, and Over the past year I gained like.. 6 KG?
So, im around 77~ KG atm, but I want to get back to 70.
Im quite sure that is almost impossible to do in 2 months ( correct me if im wrong).
I plan on going to the gym once/twice a week, and go squash once a week too.

So now my question,
If I DO sport, and if my calories stay under 2000, whats my chance of succeeding my goal?

ooh and another question, does  it matter what I eat? As long a I stay under 2000 Calories?
not that I want to go eat 5 Pieces of beef everyday, but the additional crips and soda etc.

The amount of cals required depends on your weight..And tbh its time consuming taking when gotta Google converting your kg into lbs,lol.

http://www.bmi-calcu...bmr-calculator/   ..Plug in your stats.whichever number it gives is the calories you should be consuming daily,weigh yourself once a week in morning.. Make sure you take a shit and stomach empty before you do.You should be losing 1-2lbs a week(sometimes over 5lbs if water-weight for the first week)..if your lb loss isnt on 1-2lbs a week..something must change..either do more cardio/exercise more..or drop your daily calorie food intake
