Basically Every Saturday Morning I Wake Up and run these hills with my fellow team mates
we run the hills for about 2 hours 10 times up and down the hill. then 3 sets of lunges up and down the hill. then 5 times up and down the hill with Resistance Band. it help me a lot just thought it would be nice to share with you guys. at the beginning of last summer i was squatting 425 at the end of the summer i squatted 530 so i think it helps a lot from the results i got. i still use today
