I do haha but I rely on whole foods more. The food you eat has protein. I didn't take protein (whey) until like the 2nd month of lifting. Started seeing great results around the 3rd month. 85%+ of your protein intake should be coming from whole foods and not powder But yea, I started cutting down this Monday and I'm taking 2 cups of whey, which is about 60 grams of protein. Can't wait till I'm at 8% bf. And supplements like whey protein, casein, and all that other crap only does so much if your diet is good. Otherwise, you can expect to see little to no gains even if you're on supplements.
