Im trying to get rid of my leg fats and i was wondering how(without gym,something i can do at my home during spare time.

the truth is, your body picks for you. Its like you if you work out on your stomach you will lose fat on your stomach only. Your body picks where he feels like the fat is not needed. there is no such thing as working on your legs & losing fat only on your legs because it doesnt work like that. I leaned this in my Health/Fitness class if you think im just talking non-sense.

If you're trying to lose any fat, eat at a deficit. You can't target fat lost aka work that particular part of the body and expect to lose fat around it. If you have a good estimate of your Body Fat %, use this formula: BMR = 370 + (21.6 x LBM)Where LBM = [total weight (kg) x (100 - bodyfat %)]/100 Subtract 500 from w/e you get and thats the amount of calories you should be eating at daily. Follow that and you'll be losing 1lb/week. Good luck with your fitness goals of 2012.
Edit: If you don't have a good estimate of your bf %, pm me or reply here, and I'll get you a tool to do it. Forgot to add, once you calculate it, multiply it by 1.4 and subtract 500 from it and that'll be your target calorie intake.
Edit x2: If you don't have a good body fat % estimate, you can use pop's tool: http://www.bmi-calcu...bmr-calculator/ and subtract 500 from the number you get.

running i guess, but ur body basically picks where the fat goes, just get ur body fat down.

Tone you legs will make them look 'less' fat. So quads,hamstrings, calves, Also, just lose weight in general, eat better exercise more.

depends how fat they are, if they are just slightly use the fat to tone, or run/cycle/squat
