If i eat food high in fat such as burgers/pizza etc on a daily basis but under my daily maintenance calories will i continue losing fat or will i actually gain?
Many of you may say that i won't be meeting my daily macros but i can make up for it with supplements.
Don't get me wrong i have no plans on actually doing this but i am just curious as it would make me feel better about my weekly cheat day.

Like you can eat 1500 calories worth of Hamburgers, and lose weight.
But Gl eating 1500 3 hamburgers a day and nothing else.

Some high performance athletes (Jon Bones Jones) do use "cheat days" once a week for a lil motivation, but are very limited. Maybe 3 slices of pizza and a kitkat bar :3

I recommend you get them missing macros naturally :D #hipster

The "if it fits your macros" is pathetic and a easy way for those to lose.Foods like those are terrible sources of ,protein and carbs, you'll look like a complete slob with the weight loss being skinny fat.Not only that,get ready for the serious health risks you WILL face.Yes you will face them, that's a fact.Feeding your body trash day in and day out is exactly what your body doesn't need and feeding it trash will make you look like trash.Simple as that.I dont mean you should eat perfectly healthy,more than likely at your age;you wont.But eating trash everyday is killing not my body..not anyone in your families body..But YOURS..

Cheat day or cheat meals better (i personally prefer cheat meals)
