Hey, well yea I have recently bought a 1 year contract to my friends gym, and im hoping to get into shape by the end of this contract.
My question is fast food like Wendy's and Harvey's etc. I am really craving those after I workout and I go there and buy chicken burger and all that but im really scared that im losing my whole workout that day by eating here after I workout. My friend tells me its not really bad since it gives good calories for me but I still am really scared that maybe I should stop doing this.
