Seeing a lot of new faces, I thought it might be helpful to share some tanking tips for in f2p.

First of all let me start off with the quick-prayer.

- Mystic Might:
It's being said that the higher your magic level, the more magic defence you have, meaning there's a bigger chance that your opponent will splash (Binds). Using this prayer increases your magic attack, so in theory that would mean you'd have more magic defence.
- Steel Skin:
15% Defence bonus (Obviously)
- Rapid Heal:
Double health generation (the countdown time for your health regeneration will reset to 30 seconds.)
- (Protect to range or melee):
I personally don't use this with my quick-prayer, because it limits you to only one protection style. Turning on your quick-pray doesn't turn off your Protect pray, so it's easier to click your quick-pray only when you're being piled. (See video below)

Only use the quick-pray when you're being piled, otherwise it's just a waste of prayer points.

Why it's important or why it can be very useful to bring 2 to 4 swordfish. (You can bring a whole inventory of pizzas, this will in the end help you stay longer alive, but a swordfish can be so useful to survive when you're being piled.)
- Triple-Eating: Obviously pretty much everyone knows you can double eat, using a pizza to swordfish, healing you 23 hitpoints. But it's actually possible to triple-eat going from pizza > pizza > swordfish, this will heal you 32 hitpoints. (See video below)

> > = 32 Hitpoints in a single game-tick

- Once you run out of swordfish, it's also possible to triple-eat with 3 pizzas.

Unfortunately you can't triple eat using half pizzas, it does let you double-eat, tho. It's actually pretty simple to make your half pizzas full pizzas again. All you have to do is use one half pizza to another one, and it will automatically reconnect all your half pizzas, making em full pizzas again. (See Video Below)

hotkeys are key into prayer switching, but if we don't poke the new guys individually i doubt this will help ;p
