Not necessarily, They could've been tanking early in rounds.

Me for example.... I sacrificed myself as first pile r3, so naturally I did no damage.
That means in two rounds I scored: +5696 (2848 Damage per round)

So assuming that I just did my average damage instead of sacrificing myself, I would have been #3 overall instead of #16.

tl;dr
Shit happens. People get piled early, people miss rounds, callers get sniped, @$Sam gets ddosed ...etc. Don't be too quick to judge people's performances on these scores.
