SOOOO i just got a new computer for christmas and my irc isn't working i keep getting this.. idk what's wrong, any suggestions would be helpful :)!

btw my new computer is the shit.. 1.5tb internal memory with 8 gb ram.. absolutely no lag on rs or LoL
