Let's work on getting our public boards more active by getting more users viewing them.

If you have some friends in other clans that enjoy posting, have them intro on our site and we can give them a "Special Guest" rank so they can post around and look cool.

The more active our forums are the more appealing it is to someone looking for a clan.

Yes it is, as CP grows more people are going to begin checking out our forums. If they post more then the average guest, then they should be rewarded. The same goes within the clan's ranks, but instead you must put in work to earn your ranks (I.E: spying)
