Okay it's quite a simple guide, but different aspects to it

1. if you have glasses, get contacts
2. If you are fat, get skinny
3. If you are skinny, join the track team. cross-country, etc
4. Pick up a hobby. Read above. If fat, play football, rugby, or wrestling
5. Weight lift and do core 4 times a week minimum
6. Pick an elective you are interested in or have a talent for. Example - if you like music or playing instruments, join the highschool band
7. Expand your horizon. Don't sit with the same people at lunch everyday. Talk to people you don't know
8. SPEAK TO A GIRL
