Stole this from some other retard, and figured i'd share this with you guys. It's a neat little list for each item best in slot.

For example, best in slot items for:

Magic Bonus
Range Bonus
Strength Bonus
Magic Defense
Range Defense
Prayer Bonus
Stab/Slash/Crush Bonus

I figured this is great information for when you're unsure on what exactly you need for preps/training etc.
