Ok , first , this is only a SUGGESTION , 2nd , I dont fucking care bout ranks , although , some people do.

Here is my suggestion;

If your a new member in cp , and you put alot work in it and you show potential , you dont get promoted.

This demotivate poeple which is bad. I dont care bout ranks as I said before , but some poeple really do , and if they dont get ranked it demotivates them. Imo we should bring back the old ranks.

Member > Proud member > experienced > veteran > elder ( 3-4 years + ) > (warlord ) > high council > co-leader > leader

Poeple like to be rewarded ffor their input , now they cant be rewarded for it because the only way ull get ranked is by being cp for a long time.

I agree and disagree, people should be in a clan for fun, not for rank. Although a pat on the back every now and then helps everyone continue what they're doing, whether it be a fun event, motivational topic or anything to make the members (Myself included) feel good about ourselves

I think this will come shortly, activity sweep is coming so it will be easier to keep up the good members apart from "the dead waste"
