I Don't squat or dl but ill get into dl's. cuz there great for your back. I do a wide variety of exercises but bench is the only certain one I know my max so far.
Say what you want and do as you feel because...

bw is 245, probably 20% bf since im 5evr bulkan*
had to edit out my weight, i've gained 10 pounds since the last time i weighed myself

2. Do not idle around suspiciously in the middle east, else MURRICA will shoot you down

when i competed when i was 17 i could bench press 280lbs and deadilft 500lbs whne i was in the 165lb weight class havent did anything that heavy since i stopped competing but i did incline bench 240lbs a week ago which wasnt that hard
