I Don't squat or dl but ill get into dl's. cuz there great for your back.  I do a wide variety of exercises but bench is the only certain one I know my max so far.

squats are the greatest exercise for putting on mass along with dl's

bw is 245, probably 20% bf since im 5evr bulkan*

had to edit out my weight, i've gained 10 pounds since the last time i weighed myself

What you learn from these pictures:
1. Do not touch power lines.
2. Do not idle around suspiciously in the middle east, else MURRICA will shoot you down
3. There is nothing you can do to keep some asshole in a car from running you down.

when  i competed when i was 17 i could bench press 280lbs and deadilft 500lbs whne i was in the 165lb weight class havent did anything that heavy since i stopped competing but i did incline bench 240lbs a week ago which wasnt that hard
