Stay 1 Defence and 52 Prayer, if that's the account build that you want. If you personally want higher Defence and Prayer, then go for it. Ask people in CP and the obvious response will be to get 20-39 Defence and 70-99 Prayer. The decision is ultimately yours, not theirs, lol.
