Ok guys I'm 5'11, 186 lbs. I havent done much physical activity in about 6 months (hurt my back)

I was wondering if anyone had any beginner tips/work outs...

Any little bit helps

Atm I don't have a gym membership, but have some free weight dumbbells (about 30 lbs each that can be added), also some resistance bands.

Also will start doing light jogging at the first of the year (around when I want to start doing all this)

Will start at 1 mile, then 2 the next week then 3 so on so forth..

Cut any junk food out of your diet, eat healthier and do some cardio every day. You should be fine if you do that

Try to get your hands on some green coffee and cut all the greasy food and chips, if you got a pool I suggest swimming instead because you burn 3x more than normal jogging :3 and for the routine you're aiming for I suggest 1 mile for 2 weeks 2 for 2 and 3 for 2 then rotate etc.

Step 1: Don't take advice from teenagers with no clue what they are talking about
Step 2: If your goal is to lose Fat then it's all about calories in & calories out, and you can eat anything you want as long as it fits your macros.
Step 3: http://www.freedieti..._calculator.htm <-- Check how many calories you need to eat to lose weight
Step 4: Drink Lots of water nothing else because soda is a waste of calories & sugar
Step 5. Start running, lifting heavy, or just 30min-1h of exercise 4 days+ a week.

Note:
- 3500 Calories = 1 Pound of Fat.
- Starving yourself will not make you lose weight for the long term
- Try to eat protein based foods like eggs, grilled chicken, lean steak, etc

- Try to stay away from fast food, processed foods, white breads only because they have no real nutritional value for diets. However you can still eat these foods to lose weight, as long as fit your daily calories like I said above.

My daily routine is as follwos:

Think about flawpy 4-6 hours a day,

Masturbate twice within a 37 minute period (three times is bad for your cholesterol)

if after this you still feel you have energy you can sit on your back and work like you are eating a vacuum cleaner while spinning your left hand in a counter clockwise direction.

This should be done with caution to avoid possible dislocation.

After this relax by calling Jimmy a mormon for approximately 22 minutes.

From here take it easy, maybe watch some mind numbing television.
