BASIC TRAINING WORK OUT 3 DAYS A WEEK. YOU'LL BE SET AND LOSE WEIGHT IN NO TIME IF YOU FOLLOW EVERYTHING EVEN TODAY I STILL USE THE APP BUT I PUT ON MORE REPS OR WEIGHT.
