JaGeX have finally made BotWatch active in almost every area of the game. This means botting will get you the risk of getting banned faster, and a longer sentence. Has Paris and the other Developers have what it takes to overcome JaGeX?

I have no idea what the owners over at EpicBot will be doing, but I'm sure whoever get's the client working first, will be working fast on stealing the source.


After talking with my leak over at powerbot - this is the official project in the Developer Section:-

Golem: superficial intelligence
There is a lot of buzz around which script on which bot is the most undetectable or most human like. This is important because the less detectable a script is, the less likely your account is to get banned. We have analysed every shred of information around the detection systems and pulled in pioneering research into developing a layer on top of scripts in RSBot to control your player in the most human like fashion. We are absolutely confident that no amount of data or series of complex mathematical algorithms will be able to distinguish between the patterns of Golem and a real player as it operates on a dynamic basis, responding to the surroundings and collecting behaviours of other players you cross to reproduce a unique and unpredictable state of events no matter what script you run.

There's been no realese date or deadline so I expect this update not to be live for some months.
