Jagex now has an automated Bot-Busting System for the Tzhaar Fight Caves that will ban you automatically within 5 hours of not logging out while inside the fight caves. (Jagex assumes that it'll take a normal player less than 4 hours to complete a Fire Cape without breaks or logging out).
