why don't you just follow a simple routine like SL5x5 and stick with it lol..

It's not really an issue about looking 'big' or 'lean,' if you don't eat enough calories, your body will end up looking for energy elsewhere and will start eating at the muscle. I'd really consider upping your calorie intake to 2000.
