why don't you just follow a simple routine like SL5x5 and stick with it lol..

if you're not squatting you're not training. period.

It's not really an issue about looking 'big' or 'lean,' if you don't eat enough calories, your body will end up looking for energy elsewhere and will start eating at the muscle. I'd really consider upping your calorie intake to 2000.

Best of luck, looks like a good lil challenge.

I did something similiar to this before and it worked so I just want to try it. If it doesn't work I'll probably change it up.

I did something similiar to this before and it worked so I just want to try it. If it doesn't work I'll probably change it up.
