Hello! We are glad you have decided to join Corrupt Pures. This topic is dedicated to getting you into the clan. I will do my best to explain the process in which you are required to follow. If at any point you are having trouble on a step, find a staff member in the CC/TS3/IRC and they will help you if you kindly ask. Let's get to it.

1) Creating An Account

You will need an account on our forums to begin posting. Fill out the information it asks for (DO NOT USE YOUR RS PASSWORD) and validate your account using your e-mail. If you haven't received an e-mail within 10 minutes of creating your account please try 1) resending it and 2) contacting a staff member in either the CC/IRC/TS3.

2) Signing In

Once you have validated your account we need to make sure you know how to sign in. Your account may already be signed in if it says the display name you picked in the top right. If it does not, you are not signed in, simply click the Sign In button and enter the information you used to create an account with. Keep in mind whenever posting on the forums you need to be signed in.

3) Community Introduction

This is the first step into becoming a Member of Corrupt Pures. We require you to visit the Community Introduction forum, view the pinned topic, copy it, start a new topic, then paste what you copied and fill it out to the best of your abilities. Once you have finished filling it out push the Post New Topic button. Save the link to your Community Introduction (the link at the top of your browser after you submit it) because you will have to include it in the final step.

4) The Requirements

Now that you have made your introduction it is now time to see if your RuneScape account meets the requirements to apply for Member. If you do not meet the following requirements, continue training your account and hanging out around our community. If you do meet them continue on with the process.

Melee Option: 87+ Strength (w/ 75+ Range)
Range Option: 87+ Range (w/ 75+ Strength)
Magic Option: 87+ Magic (w/ 75+ Strength & Range and DT Complete)
Hybrid Option: 80+ Strength & Range.

All of the options require 40+ Attack, 20- Defence, and 70+ HP.

5) The Application Form

If you have reached this point I am going to assume you meet our requirements. This step is similar to the third one. Copy what it is in quotes below into a New Topic in the Member Application forum. Let us know once you submit it via CC/TS3/IRC.

IRC: You can use SwiftKit, but we suggest going to the top left of our forums, clicking Links, and then IRC. You will connect to our channel with the name "CPGuest" to change this once it has finally loaded, simply type: /nick [CP]Your_RSN

List every clan you have been ever been in or applied for (we will know). List the account name you were in the clan on, the highest rank you achieved in the clan, and how long you were in it. If CP is your first clan, please say so.

We have Mandatory Pk Trips on both Saturday AND Sunday at 4 PM EST (9 PM GMT, 1 PM PST). We begin gathering ingame for these events 30 minutes prior. Can you make a majority of these PK trips?

It is required that clan members have both IRC and TS3 to communicate with members and ranks. Please post a screenshot of you in both IRC (#Clan-CP) and our TeamSpeak 3 server (ts.cp-rs.com).

CP does not mind what you do when you PK by yourself. But when you are with the clan we ask you to NOT bring teleports. Keep in mind your actions represent everyone in this clan. Are you willing to comply with this mindset?

Filling out this application isn't enough. We expect outstanding ingame, forum, IRC, and TS activity from all Corrupt Pures. Make yourself feel at home through the use of all communication methods listed above. Once suspected as inactive you may be removed from the clan. Do you understand this?
