mondays chest day. tuesdays bics and tris. wed rest. thurs back. fri shoulders sat legs and abs (i usually skip abs doe cuz im lazy af after legs)

I usually go to my local gym for a whole day, get to the point that I can't do anything else (After multiple attempts) get home without a single ache and then can't move for the next 2 days. Pretty much most Thursday.

I'm 6'2 185, I could prob squat around 275-300, but I simply have zero desire to do legs, I just finished playing soccer so I'm pretty much giving my leg a break for a while. Never really dl, couldn't even guess an amount.
