If you have a email for your log in name or a really long password i would recommend downloading shortkeys:

Shortkeys types what you want , and you only need to type a simple command like ##2 and it will write it for you.

Example: (the only thing i wrote was ##2)

• Run the ShortKeys Program.
  
  
• From the program menu click on Options | Preferences | Playback and select the General tab.
  
  
• Click on "Use Prefix Keys" and enter ## for the Prefix Keys. Click "OK" to save and return to the ShortKeys window.
  
  
• Select ShortKeys | Add ShortKey from the main menu.
  
  
• In the box titled Original ShortKey enter the following: test (Please use lower case letters.)
  
  
• Tab to the box labeled Replacement Text.
  
  
• Enter the following: The brown cow jumped over the moon
  
  
• Click on the "Save and Close" button.
  
  
• Run the Windows Notepad program.
  
  
• Place the cursor in the Notepad window and type the following: ##test
  
  
• The ##test will be erased and replaced with the text: The brown cow jumped over the moon

I've been using Shortkeys since 2011 and they work perfectly. Started using them to log in recently too and its worth it; just make sure yoyou dont make your username & password something you can accidentally type in and you'll be fine.

When I type:
11 = flash2:C in
22 = flash2:[C]-[O]-[R]-[R]-[U]-[P]-[T]-[I]-[O]-[N]
33 = flash2:Corrupt Pures Pile Here!!
and you can edit it to whatever you want.

Thank you I've been trying to figure out a way to set up my own shortkeys, this should help when I decide to do it.
