What's faster for Str XP?

How about for Atk? Whip, BGS or SS?

Gonna go for 99ATK/99STR

Edit: Is a firecape worth getting for training? Do you guys think it'll make a significant difference in XP rates?

If 75 Attack, use Kraken tentacle to train Attack and Blessed saradomin sword to train Strength.

If 70 Attack, use Abyssal whip to train Attack and Saradomin sword to train Strength.

If 60 Attack, use Obsidian splitsword and Berserker necklace (or Dragon scimitar) to train Attack and/or Strength.

If 40 Attack, use Brine sabre (or Rune scimitar) to train Attack and/or Strength.

Yes, Fire capes are worth the offensive bonuses for training efficiency, and although the difference will not be significant, it will be noticeable.
