When we were #1 earlier in the 07 servers, all of those newfag clans that opened pked at different times under the title of "Lpc's" but in reality they had the same levels as CP, FI, EOP, etc. Pretty much just an excuse.

Idk I see people with 99 range 99 mage, 60 attack 52 prayer 1 def and they say they are in an lpc. I find it retarded, just my opinion.

I classified an lpc as an f2p second account lvl 20-50 lols. Then these accounts went out on trips after the official clan trips.
