EOP closes..then wants to reopen 1 day later

EOP already wants to reopen. My edgeville recruit Leechs Eat U who joined EOP and eventually became their leader is attempting to reopen EOP with approval from Solo. They need 80 Yes' before reopening.

What a mess... this is more embarrassing than giving Toxic Leader.
