Right now with these new prep reqs people with the 20-30defence accounts will make the 1def pures with 52 prayer sit almost every time because they will gain few more combat levels. People with 1 def and low prayer are going to have to train their accounts to be able to prep nowdays if our pull in clan wars continues to grow like it is.
TLDR: I don't think so, not for a long time.
