Theres no way of knowing its not an explosive unless you are an export. If I saw that without getting close to inspect I would assume its an explosive lol. ( and obviously I wouldn't get close if I thought it looked bad) As shitty as it is if anyone in this generation sees anyone with something like that they will automatically think its some kind of bomb... not to mention the racism against middle easterners.

It would have probably been handled differently in a real state Like Florida or New York but you should expect this kind of shit in Texas.
