Alright whats up new fam, as you all know i just joined this new family and so far i have a certain bond with each one of you almost.
Few of you know i am very into the gym.
Im not a certified trainer but i can guarentee you i have more knowledge and more experience than 85 percent of the trainers you find in your local gym.
I would like to share my information and help this clan/family out with CHEAP plans on how to get fit.
Plans generally cost 200+ from other people i will be charging RSGP 07. I will come up with prices soon they will be depending on the goals you want to meet.
Here are some of my previous achievements ive been through to give you a little example of how my fitness life went:
135lbs - 150- during highschool
150-220 * BIG BULK
220- 160 - Purely shredded (legit no pics tho lol had no muscle mass really)
160-180- slowly bulk added muscle
180-200 -getting bigger more gains noticed
200-210
210-200 - CURRENT- not cutting nor bulking as of now just lifting until i see a need to cut down or anything
THIS IS ALL WITHIN 2-3 YEARS ( 1 year i was just going to the gym not knowing anything lol)
Lifts:
deadlift 550ish maybe higher been awhile since ive hit these tbh
bench: 275 (low i know)
squat: 405ish
EVERYTHING IN lbs
no im not showing off or anything im here to give you exact numbers of what is easily achievable. Im not here to scam , im not here to take yo money, im not here to do anything degrading, this is purely 1 on 1 and im ALWAYS generally on teamspeak so i will be speaking with clients when needed. varies from weekly to daily updates if needed.
Yall my new fam and i dont wanna hear theres no time for the gym, trust me ive had 3 jobs/classes and still juggled the gym with my gf, anything is possible homies. Glad to be here just come on teamspeak and hmu if you are interested or have questions

Nice, I've been lifting for ~6 months now, went from 100 -> 108 -> 102 (right now), about 15% atm
