Armadyl godsword can hit 82 with 50% Special Attack.

Dark bow can hit 48-48, totaling 96 with 55% Special Attack.

And the last spell would only allow for a max hit of 67.5 (with the strongest spell I suggested; with the best spell currently in-game it would only do 56.25 damage, and this is all with the maximum Magic damage boost available for a one-time attack that requires 100% spec ... regular hits would only be 45 and 37.5 respectively) with 100% Special Attack ... while halving the caster's Hitpoints, which makes it even riskier to use, especially if the target has Vengeance.

I'm pretty sure Magic is underpowered enough, it needs something like this. Besides, these spells don't have to be at the same speed/game ticks as current spells. I also suggested a spell that allows players to reach 124 Hitpoints (99 Hitpoints + 25 boosted with Bloodthirsty spell, which would help with rushers in all aspects/combat styles). Additionally, nobody can use this spell and then switch to an AGS spec because it requires 100% spec to cast, and the +25%/+50% effects would wear off after 60-seconds if not used, if that's why you think it would be overpowered.
