The new era of clanning doesn't understand the importance of forums/irc. @$Sam @Jordai When you're recruiting, take an extra second to explain to these new guys why the forums are important. It'll help with massing for events. Trust.

Not even asking for much. Just try to get these guys to connect to IRC at least once, it'll do wonders when trying to catching potential leaks...especially if dragon is helping us.

Maybe make Inu's new job to view applications and help them with things they don't understand. IRC/Forums/Posting url's on the boards etc.

I agree, haven't really stressed forums as much, i'll be making a separate topic soon on how important it is, OR i could go and poke certain ppl wiv hardly any postcount, to make some posts!

Also, it's hard when u don't have many rank helping u out
I would defo start training these heros up and getting them into the "officer" mindset, like getting mini's and pk trips. BLITZE could be GREAT for this, he pk's lots midweek, he's got a nice account, he's very ACTIVE, which is what our rank team lacks, he is down to mini too.
I feel like some promotions wouldn't hurt, @$Inu , i'm just wondering if he also is retiring and zack like wtf lol? plays on his zerk 24/7. There's lots to work on and i'll be doing as much as i can to help out.

Stop relying on other people and just do it yourself @Jordai lol ur gonna learn you'll be way more successful that way. What you do really shouldn't affect what others are doing/not doing and vice versa.
If I'm an Officer I'm only going to do so much, I'm not promoted to do everything in the book. It's rare to find "low staff" that'll put in the same effort as HC/WL/Leader, so stop relying on them to step up in such a huge way that'll drastically change the clan. I know what you mean, I get you when you say "I don't wanna do this because ____ doesn't have to so why should I?" It doesn't really work that way, and it never will tbh lol. Just do what you know is right and what'll benefit the clan.

IRC is obsolete, very obsolete. TS>IRC, CP will never be an IRC based clan, it hasn't been since like 2013/2012. Which is a good thing though because TS is way more easier for new guys to use. No new fag wants to set up an acc and check his e-mail and the whole 9 yards.. Don't worry about that aspect as much as other things.. That's literally the last thing to worry about. It does help because you can get their hostmask and blablabla, but after they apply I wouldn't really worry about it.
