Please give me tips on how to lose weight. For real guys!!!! this is not a scam.

I've come to the point that I legit got some serious problems due to over weight.
My man boobs got so big that I legit can't look down to my toes without my chin touching them.
When I run on rare occasions they bounce and it feels like they're about to rip off my chest since I do not wear any kind of bras. I repeat.
I can't turn around on my gaming chair and I can not get close enough to my computer because my stomach is blocking on the end of the table. So what I have to do is that I have to reach out my neck and bend it over my man boobies in order to see close enough at the screen (my eyes have gone really bad because I've eaten so much sugar and I have 2 type diabetes) and this causes me some real pain in back of my neck and upper back.

tl:dr help me lose weight ASAP boys!!! <3 <3 <3
