Yo waddap. I know at the moment a lot of you are probably thinking that you don't actually need to recruit but the thing is, you should be getting ATLEAST 2 RECRUITS per week and have them on the weekend trips. From my time as being Council I always made sure that I had recruits and that I was putting in atleast 1 hour a day recruiting. But I feel like a few of you NOT ALL OF YOU, think that all you need to do is get your events done...

Go the extra mile, Have atleast 1 guy on this saturday and Make them APPLY. We're very close to being #1 undisputed.

If you're not doing that, at least get people hyped for the weekend. Talk to NEW guys, hang out with MULTIPLE people, don't just sit in TS with the same 3 ranks and 3 elders.

im usually recruiting every saturday and sunday morning before trips, but i'll find time during the week.
