We've proven to ourselves time and time again that when we do put effort in P2P we can do extremely well in it matched and both wilderness wise however currently members are demotivated to do P2P and it's all brushed off with 'who cares about p2p blah blah its cancer anyway'.

To be considered the #1 overall clan we need to be good at BOTH servers - P2P and F2P. Topics should be made every sunday with all ranks taking pics/vids - even if the trip is shit we can make it look like it was good. I've spoken to many of the new elders who say 'cp's p2p sundays are shit anyway' we can make them look good even with a small pull. Last Sunday was honestly fun as fuck and all we needed was more numbers - instead of saying 'p2p is cancer who cares' change the attitude to 'last sunday was amazing be on this sunday' etc...

simple shit like that really does help as it does brush on the members and we actually have the member quality to be fighting for #1 in p2p but we just don't use our full potential, start messaging old guys who r good ingame to make an effort and such

that's a major part of it.. everybody who can read this topic should be attending if they can and trying their best to just like saturdays

another major part is actually hyping up weekends

Past 2 p2p Sundays have been action packed 3 fights each and 2 clean ones. As long as we keep trying to re-hit sht.

We had an alright trip last sunday but we need more to be able to have a better trip.

Make sure you stress how important it is to members and recruit new guys because alot of people i try to recruit ingame hate f2p tbh.. tell them about p2p!

Also it doesn't help when we have no warlords and others are missing. @$Six turn up please. @Drunk

On topic, I agree with what you're saying and sadly I'm apart of the problem as of now. As a staff team, I would try to narrow down the main reasons why a lot of guys don't attend, try your best to find a solution, and then instill that game plan.

Don't want to seem like I'm complaining so that's all I got for now.

ya i think the motivation from people who attend is there, it's just getting the numbers. We drop to like 50 tops on Sunday, not sure why. That's the biggest difference.

Problem : No motivation for P2P within members/ranks
Solution: Make P2P more appealing and make it less of an option to skip

make it more appealing through prop/flaming/boasting about it etc
