We are obviously in no place to say we are doing well number wise. There seems to be a huge lack of motivation and just lack of pull. We hardly pulled 20 to today's p2p prep which is fucking disgusting. With that being people who just dislike p2p or those that dont have gear(I will address this in another topic in more depth)But the overall solution is to recruit new members. That being some friends you know in other clans or literally recruiting from edge/nmz.  I need you officers and council's to step up and host recruiting events. I want at least two a week.

You guys with ranks will no longer sit on your ass and do nothing. If you're a rank and I see zero effort I am demoting you simple as that. If you really want your current rank I want each of you to prove it to me and do something to benefit this clan.
