Pretty much, you have to download this game called Heroes of the Storm and play 5 games, with a friend. Once you have done that you can unlock Genji's Oni skin:



I'm pretty sure you can't unlock this skin with regular coins.

(For Ps4 & Xbox players, you must link your xbox live/psn account to your battle.net account first)
