Honestly, if @ somehow manages to try to clear his name, he should pay for a bit more than what was taken. It's unfair to cause an inconvenience to someone else. 15m may not be a lot to @Cronus or even myself, but to someone, 15m takes weeks to make.

An apology letter should be written to Cronus, and a (+10m) should be added to the refund for the inconvenience and stress associated with a scam.
