How much creatine should I take during the loading phase? 20g - 25g a day, 1 week - 10 days. This amount should be divided into 4 daily servings.
You dont need to load up with creatine thats bullshit
They say it so you re gonna use way more then reccomended, like 4 times more so youre going to.buy more

I was wondering whats your guys thoughts on creatine supplements? Anyone use them before? Did you see any positive/negative results?

Creatine will put on a lot of waterweight. Its better to eat a shitton of protein and then turn that into muscle.
